« Friendly staff made sure to ask us if we were ok if we had any concerns when they saw us. Over all the property was good some updates needed rugs in hall have an odor, the bathroom ceiling had a chip of paint coming off and some towels had kinda of a yellow rust stain not that they were dirty just towels need to be replaced with new ones. We did have some ants in room but we were by a lake so i think thats not a huge deal breaker. The breakfast was average but better than other places we been...

« Jim and Mona are the best host! They make sure you have what you need and always go above and beyond. The dog park is a great addition and so convenient. We love being able to walk to town and back. The dock has plenty of room to hang out and just relax in the water. It is covered so if you need to get out of the sun you are able too. »

« If you read and loved the description of this place, you will, indeed, love this place. It's exactly what's advertised and it has been the perfect getaway for my husband and me twice now. « The house itself was great, well maintained, clean, everything worked. Working gas grill and firewood provided. The Internet service at the house was DSL, very slow. Had a hard time streaming music. The Lake would have some current at times, not all the time. And there was a day with a bit of an oil slick on the water, possibly dam related. We swam and paddle boarded and had a lovely time, nonetheless. We didn't have a boat, that might have been nice for the times when the current was there....

« Stayed 5 nights for a wedding at the state park. FANTASTIC house! Perfect hub for orchestrating the wedding of our son. Space galore. Never felt cramped.
