Welcome to the Burkeshire Manor! Enjoy the breeze of fresh air of the countryside from the shaded patio while enjoying a barbecue with friends and family. The home has a relaxing view of the backyard and is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the great shops, restaurants, and beaches.

The space

The warmth and texture of hardwood floors throughout the home complement the cozy sunroom extension - the perfect pair for your morning cup of coffee. The home is built in a spacious land with lots of outdoor space that offers exclusivity and a calming ambiance. The 4-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with a large master bedroom on the first floor and more rooms on the second floor.



Our favorite part of the house - the entertainment room in the basement. After dinner, head downstairs to play cards poker ping pong or watch movies. Then, at the end of your day, climb into any one of our memory foam mattress-topped beds for a peaceful and comfortable night`s sleep.



The patio area is equipped with outdoor furniture, an umbrella, and a BBQ grill, making it ideal for celebrating small victories or enjoying homemade burgers!

- Bedroom 4 = 2 Single/Twin Beds (sleeps 2)



• BATHROOMS •

- The home boasts three full bathrooms, all supplied with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.



- The master bathroom, connected to the master bedroom, is situated on the first floor, along with another full bathroom. Bathroom 2 is located on the second floor.



VERY IMPORTANT: TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED; YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS or rent your own towels.

- Please use your own log-ins for NETFLIX, HULU, etc, and make sure to log out of your account prior to check out.

- Please note: the fireplace is non-functional and intended for decorative purposes only.

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •

The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property which includes entrance and exits. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.



• OTHER AMENITIES •

The home comes with a washer, dryer, free high-speed WiFi, an AC & heating, hairdryer, and Smart TVs for your streaming apps (No Cable TV & use your own account for streaming apps).



• HOUSE RULES •

PETS: This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards a deep cleaning of the property.



CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we`re able to accommodate an early check-in, there`s an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.



CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.



SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or outdoor spaces including the balcony and terrace. There is a smoking fine of $300 if there is evidence of smoking inside the property.



NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 10PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.



DAMAGES & LOSS: I would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss in the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise me of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.



UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited.



PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

DISCLAIMER: Due to the Summer season, we have a landscaper scheduled to come over to the property weekly. Please expect a visit during your stay. However, they are only going to access the lawn or the outside area of the property.

Guest access

Guest will have access to the whole property during the stay.

There is a locked closet for our personal things. Please do not open the locked closet.
