This family-friendly home offers an extensive and gorgeous lawn and an extensive back deck with views of Crystal Lake, an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts with the family.

Upon entering this air-conditioned home away from home, you will discover a splendid great room with vaulted ceilings, plenty of windows that let in endless natural light, and a gorgeous river rock fireplace. This would make for a great place to unwind and relax after a fantastic day at the beach. This area also features an inviting rec room with comfy seating throughout and a large cable TV to keep you entertained during your stay. The kitchen is a chef's playground with modern, high-end appliances and everything needed to prepare exquisite meals for the group. Find a double-door fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, trash compactor, built-in electric wall oven with microwave, and a convenient wet bar with all the essentials and a second dishwasher. A small hall right off the kitchen offers a walk-in pantry and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. This level features a primary bedroom with a TV and a spacious en suite bath. The second floor hosts three additional bedrooms and a cozy den with a small seating area with a TV and a printer. Additional perks include board games, bicycles, beach chairs, high-speed WiFi, coolers, water and sand toys, and an umbrella.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
