« Overall, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the food was wonderful. However, the breakfast had limited options. A major issue during my stay was the lack of hot water for the shower. I reported this to the reception, but there was no effective response. They mentioned that other rooms were facing the same problem, yet nothing was resolved. It was very disappointing, as I didn’t even get the chance to take a proper shower. »

« There are multiple rooms and properties on the island run by the same team. Probably it’s a bit of pot luck which one you get. We stayed in a lovely house above the tennis court with a super view over the bay. Elk and deer wandered near the house. Breakfast is plentiful and super. Dinner was high quality, but we decided to avail ourselves of the smoked fish and sushi options near the harbour. »

« Traditional 'Hotel de Famille' nicely redecorated a few years ago and very quiet. It is located at reasonable walking distance from Sodertalje Syd Station. However, we recommend strongly having a car to get to the hotel who is a bit remote.... Two major disappointments: 1. Our SNCF 'confirmation de voyage' stated that we had booked a 35 sqm room (Room 12) and were given a much smaller and less comfortable room (Room 13), but charged at the same price. « Les sanitaires laissaient à désirer: canalisation cassée avec fuite d’eau, aucune intervention malgré les demandes. Pas de sèche cheveux, aucun extra ou confort dans la chambre. Chauffage défectueux, alors que les températures étaient autour de 0 degré. »
