Great spot for a family vacation. We loved our unit, it was spacious and well appointed with everything a family of four could need. Brad and Joey were fantastic hosts, highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Villa Estancia last week! The condo is beautiful and it had the terrace of my dreams!! We rented the A/B side of the suite as we wanted lots of space and we were not disappointed. We will definitely book this resort again on the future..

Does it get any better? This is tough to top.

Great. Just what my family and I needed. The Villa: Outstanding. Very comfortable. Felt like we got great value. Always felt like a cool, comfortable haven when the days were hot and humid. Beds comfortable. The whole place top notch. 5 stars. Property: Quiet enough for peace and quiet, but easy to talk to people at the swim up bar. You want to drink, party a bit, meet new people, yea, you can do that. But this is not a “party resort”. People want to chill, but still be social. You want to sit in a lounge chair all day, and be treated like royalty? Yep, that’s here too. Plenty of people with a book poolside for hours, in their own peace. Gym: Great. It’s not a “hotel” gym. This is a gym that you should pay to be able to work out in. Food: Very good. Not amazing, but very good. And diverse options. Could easily stay at the resort for a week and not get bored. Owner contact: Brad was outstanding and incredibly prompt in replying to any questions. The best way I can recommend this is by telling Brad a day after we got back, when could we rebook. :) Don’t hesitate on booking this.

My favorite location!

This is the best location in all of Nuevo Vallarta! Love that we can walk to Bucerias! Close to La Cruz, Sayulita and PV! Love the size of the rooms and layout. We’ve been coming to NV for about 25 years and this is by far our favorite place! Brad and Joey’s extra information that they share with their guests is “spot on”.

Family Getaway

This is our second time returning to Villa La Estancia, but first time staying in Brad and Joey's condo. The condo is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with space for all members of the family (four adults and two children) to be comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were super comfortable. The view from the balcony was also stunning. What we love most about the resort itself is that everything is top notch--the spa, the gym, the pool, the food, and the service. We spent most of our time in the pool, at the swim up bar, and lounging near the pool. The poolside service was excellent! The kids went horseback riding on the beach and we took a quick walk to the town of Bucerias for delicious food. I could go on and on, but needless to say, we will be returning, and have decided we should return as a family every six months! Thank you Brad and Joey!

Beautiful property!

Just returned from a week and a half at Villa La Estancia and loved the whole experience. The suite was in great condition and extremely comfortable and spacious. The resort is gorgeous with a great pool, gardens, gym and other amenities. Location was perfect for us as we ate many dinners in Bucerias and could also get easily to the Mega for supplies. The beach was also wonderful and great fun on the boogie boards. Resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Hosts Brad and Joey were also great to deal with and offered suggestions to help make our stay the best.

Met all expectations.

Great spot! Much more relaxed than neighboring hotels, and the rooms are really nice, and kitchen set up is top notch. Good market next door for basics, which helps defray overspending on restaurant meals. Estancia staff is top notch. Pool and beach awesome. Brad and Joey (unit owners) were very responsive and checked in with us during our stay. One note: cleaning will be your responsibility to arrange with hotel at per-day cost. Enjoyed our stay, can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay at Villa La Estancia. Brad and Joey provided extensive pre arrival recommendations that covered every possible variable. The nearby town of Bucerias was wonderful, as well as walkable, with outstanding restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend this property and Brad and Joey.

Great condo in a fantastic property

Overall, this condo at Villa La Estancia was wonderful. The view of the pool and beach from the 4th floor is beautiful. The layout is great, with plenty of space to relax. The on-site restaurants at Villa La Estancia, and the facility next door are very good, and there are other excellent restaurants a short drive or taxi ride away. The recently opened La Comer market nearby is a great place to get food and supplies to cook in the kitchen. The condo's kitchen was missing a few key items (glass cooking bowls, spatula, salt & pepper, etc) but we were able to purchase everything we needed at La Comer and hopefully these supplies serve future visitors well. The in-unit Wi-Fi was very helpful, and fast enough for our son to watch YouTube between visits to the pool and beach. At the start of our stay we had some issues with the air conditioner, but maintenance was sent right away and they repaired it immediately. The staff at Villa La Estancia in general are very supportive and helpful. Definitely recommend Brad and Joey's unit for a relaxing stay in Nuevo Vallarta.
