We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Terrace: -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay. Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower. -Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. Sleeping arrangements The condo accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms with three beds. Each bedroom offers closet storage, giving you space to unpack and feel at home. Air conditioning throughout the unit helps keep the interior comfortable after sun-filled days outdoors. Kitchen & dining A dedicated kitchen gives you the option to prepare meals at your own pace, whether that means a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner enjoyed together at the dining table. The layout supports simple, everyday cooking and shared moments around food. Outdoor living & shared amenities Just outside, a shared pool and hot tub are available year-round, offering a refreshing place to swim or unwind while surrounded by lush greenery. Outdoor furniture creates inviting spots to sit back with a book or enjoy conversation as the day drifts by. With shared beach access, the shoreline is only steps away, making spontaneous walks along the sand part of daily life. Guests also have resort access, allowing use of nearby resort facilities. Comfort & convenience The condo includes WiFi and a TV, making it easy to stay connected or enjoy a quiet evening in. Hot water, a carbon monoxide alarm, and thoughtful building features like an elevator and no interior stairs add to everyday comfort. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and the host greets guests on arrival to help you settle in smoothly. #02 Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival.
