For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. Kitchen and dining The kitchen gives you the space to prepare meals at your own pace. With a kitchen area equipped for cooking and dining, you can enjoy easy breakfasts or relaxed dinners before exploring the area. A refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, and cooking basics support both quick snacks and leisurely meals. Amenities and comforts Air conditioning maintains a cool interior, while Wi-Fi and TV help you stay connected. Bathroom essentials and hot water are provided, and a carbon monoxide alarm adds peace of mind. For families, options like a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, baby bath, and board games make the space accommodating. The condo also includes a safe and iron for everyday needs. Outdoor access and shared features You’re close to the beach, with beach access nearby and scenic views that include beach, courtyard, and garden perspectives. Guests can use resort access for added relaxation, and a pool is available within the complex. Beach essentials are provided, along with a BBQ grill and kayak for time outdoors. Both free on-site parking and free street parking offer flexibility throughout your stay. Entry and accessibility A private entrance and keypad self check-in ensure an easy arrival. Elevator access supports smooth movement throughout the building, meeting wide-access requirements for comfort and convenience. Additional notes Long term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Items such as a washer, smoke alarm, shampoo, hair dryer, and heating are not included, and guests staying longer may wish to plan accordingly with nearby services. Neighborhood Set within the Aria Ocean complex in Nuevo Vallarta, you’re surrounded by the calm atmosphere and natural beauty that define the Riviera Nayarit. Spend your days by the beach, explore local eateries, or relax by the pool. This peaceful coastal setting makes it easy to recharge and enjoy the rhythm of Mexico’s Pacific coast. #215 Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no._2_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.
