This is Nuevo Vallarta at its most unhurried - and this three-bedroom apartment in the Puerta Arena complex gives you the space to settle into it properly. Please note that pets are not allowed at this property.
The space
Arranged across a practical, well-considered layout, the apartment sleeps up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. A private entrance gives you an independent sense of arrival. Room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and a safe for valuables help the space feel genuinely liveable. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, towels, and hangers are all provided.
Living and working
WiFi and a dedicated workspace make this a workable base for anyone managing remote commitments alongside time away. Extra pillows and blankets round out an interior built for genuine rest. Guests planning longer visits are welcome - long-term stays of 28 days or more are accommodated.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is set up for everything from quick breakfasts to an unhurried evening in. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses - everything needed to cook comfortably without making a shopping run on day one.
Outdoor and shared amenities
Step out onto the patio or balcony when the pace slows. Within the complex, shared pool and gym access give you options for staying active or cooling off without leaving the building. Bikes and a kayak are available for those who want to explore further along the coast.
Family-friendly features
Families traveling with young children will find the space well prepared. A crib, Pack 'n Play/travel crib, children's dinnerware, and window guards are all available - practical touches that take a little off the mental load of traveling with little ones.
Resort access and activities
Resort access is included, giving guests use of nearby resort facilities beyond the apartment complex itself. Beach essentials are available for outings along the shores of Banderas Bay, extending your reach without extra planning.
Practical details
Free parking on premises and free street parking make arrivals easy. The building is elevator-accessible. Luggage dropoff is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and cleaning during your stay can be arranged for added flexibility. Host greets you on arrival.
Location
Puerta Arena occupies a calm, residential pocket of Nuevo Vallarta, within easy reach of the restaurants, shops, and coastline that define this stretch of the Riviera Nayarit. The warm, humid-tropical climate keeps the area approachable year-round, and Banderas Bay's beaches are never far. Relaxed enough to simply be - and well-positioned for everything else.

If you book after 9 p.m. on the day before your arrival or on the day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before their arrival.
Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately, Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.

Before your arrival, we will send you your access letter, rules, and necessary information for your stay.
-Check-in: 3:00 p.m. The staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).
-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
-Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 p.m.
-The easiest access is by car; parking is free, and you can park in the space assigned to your apartment.
-Parking is subject to availability in the general parking area. There are no numbered spaces for the apartments; only one space will be assigned per accommodation.
The Neighborhood:
It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.

Notice: Please be advised that air conditioning is currently unavailable in the apartment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.
The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies.
The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity.
Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation.
However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay.
We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.
For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:
-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.
As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely.
Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, approximately 15 * dlls per person per night.
-The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.
-The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.
-Barbecue is subject to availability and must be reserved 24 hours in advance.
-Parking is for one car only

-The amenities of the condominium, such as the pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.
-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day.
-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay.
-The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.
-Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
-Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
-The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
