The Space:

The Pacific coast stretches out beyond your balcony as Banderas Bay catches the afternoon light, and the steady sound of waves sets the tone from the moment you arrive. Days here move at an easy pace - mornings with coffee and coastal air, afternoons split between the pool and the sand, evenings winding down with the warm Riviera Nayarit breeze drifting in through open doors. Unit #213 at Aria Ocean is a beachside condo that puts the shoreline, the pool, and the open sky within easy reach.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 2 beds. The bedroom is set up for a comfortable stay, with bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and a safe for valuables. A mosquito net is also provided. Families traveling with young children will find a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, and changing table ready and waiting - along with board games and children's bikes for the little ones.



Bathroom

The bathroom is stocked with hot water, cleaning products, and all the essentials you need to refresh after a day by the water.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook your own meals throughout your stay. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. When the weather draws you outside - which it often will - the outdoor dining area is a natural spot for breakfast or a relaxed evening meal. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are on hand for anyone who wants to fire up a cookout under the open sky.



Outdoor living

Beach access puts the shoreline within easy reach, and the beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - mean you can head out without hauling gear. Back at the property, the pool and sun loungers offer a quieter place to recharge between adventures. Bikes and a kayak are available for guests who want to explore a little further along the coast. A backyard area and outdoor dining space round out the outdoor living options, and resort access allows you to enjoy nearby shared facilities as well.



Getting around & practicalities

Arriving is simple - self check-in via keypad means you can come and go on your own schedule. The building is equipped with an elevator and a free parking garage on premises. Air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable regardless of the time of day, and Wifi and a TV are available when you want to stay connected or unwind indoors. A carbon monoxide alarm is in place for added safety. Long term stays are welcome for guests looking to settle in for an extended visit.

Nuevo Vallarta sits along the northern shore of Banderas Bay, part of the broader Riviera Nayarit coastline. The area is known for its calm beaches, warm water, and relaxed pace - well suited to families and anyone looking to step away from the noise of daily life. Puerto Vallarta is a short drive south for those who want to explore restaurants, markets, and the historic Malecon.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
