El Tigre Luxury Golf Villa w/ Pool & Beach Club

Summary:

A bright, modern two-story villa right on the El Tigre golf course in Nuevo Vallarta. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens the living spaces to a covered terrace, a private pool and wide fairway views, with an outdoor bar and grill made for long evenings together. Four en-suite bedrooms for up to 12 guests, a golf cart to get around and optional beach club access make it ideal for families and groups of friends.



The Space:

The villa is laid out over two levels, with the social areas downstairs opening onto the garden and pool, and the bedrooms upstairs.

· Fully equipped open kitchen with a long stone island, 6-burner range and espresso coffee station

· Dining table for 8 next to the kitchen

· Master bedroom with King bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, private balcony with golf and pool views, and a bathroom with glass shower plus a private open-air shower

· Second bedroom with King bed, smart TV, patio access and en-suite bathroom with open-air shower

· Third and fourth bedrooms, each with two Queen beds and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower

· 6 full bathrooms in total, including one on the main level and one by the pool

· Studio lounge with sofas, ideal for reading or relaxing

· Laundry room with washer and dryer

· Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room

· 5 smart TVs, ready for you to sign in to your own streaming accounts



Outdoors: a covered terrace with lounge sofas and a dining table for 10, an outdoor bar with stools, TV, sink, wine fridge and charcoal kamado grill, and a private pool surrounded by palms and tropical plants, facing the golf course. Sleeps up to 12 guests.



Guest Access:

The entire villa is private for your group: house, terrace, outdoor bar, pool and garden. A golf cart is available for guests to get around the community, and the covered carport fits up to 4 cars.



Guests can also enjoy El Tigre's Beach Club and Sports Club with a pass of MXN 1,500 per person, valid for stays of 3 to 14 days, subject to availability and paid separately. We'll be happy to help you arrange it. A mid-stay cleaning every 7 days is mandatory for longer stays, at MXN 1,500 per service (paid separately); we'll schedule it with you.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in Bella Vista, the most exclusive gated enclave within Fraccionamiento El Tigre, a residential community on the El Tigre championship golf course, part of Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta, one of the calmest areas of Banderas Bay, known for its wide beaches, marinas and resort-style living.

· Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR): about 15–20 minutes by car



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore the area, while the villa's golf cart makes it easy to move around the community. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are available, and airport transfers can be arranged on request. Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) is about 15–20 minutes away. Parking is available in the villa's covered carport.



Other Things to Note:

Access to the community is controlled: we need a copy of an official ID (passport for international guests, INE front and back for Mexican guests) for every guest at least 7 business days before arrival so your entry passes are ready on time.



House rules: children and infants are welcome; no pets; no parties or events; no smoking indoors (smoking is allowed in outdoor areas); visitors only with prior notice; no loud music after 10:00 p.m.; please do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation, do not eat in the pool or in the bedrooms, and keep shoes off the sofas.



The pool has no safety fence, so children must be supervised at all times; please use plastic or metal cups only around the pool. The community speed limit is 40 km/h, and any fines issued by the community must be paid at the administration office before check-out. Beach club access is not included in the nightly rate (see Guest Access). We want to provide you with the best stay and offer high-quality service, so we will always be available to help with any questions and provide advice if needed. A member of our local team will welcome you in person at check-in to hand over the keys and show you around the villa. After that, you will have complete autonomy during your stay.
