« This is a beautiful resort! Staff is so friendly and helpful. They really make your stay exceptional! We have been there many times but not in the last 14 years. I would say that the grounds are not kept up as well as in the past, but still very beautiful. Rooms were clean, except for the floor walking around very little without shoes, feet were black. « I was in Mazatlán and I came across this property. There was no days blocked off on the calendar for the days I chose to stay so I booked it. I paid just shy of 2900.00 and after the payment was accepted the host messaged me and said that I cannot have the house as there is already people staying at this house. Well I booked this house on December 3rd and because I booked it within the 24hr time frame I couldn’t cancel. So I have been back and forth with VRBO about this issue. It is now December...

« Lovely room, lovely bed, lovely view and lovely staff. We just had a lovely time. Stayed during the naval battle fireworks in Olas Altas and what a treat! Absolutely could not have had a better vantage point to watch the show. Will definitely make this a tradition for us when we are in Mazatlan during carnival. Muchas gracias! »
