Langhe Wine & Relax

"Langhe Wine & Relax" is spread over three levels and has an accurate design: the first floor consists of a cozy living room with access to the covered patio and private garden, where you can admire the view of Alps. There is an outdoor area lounge equipped to enjoy a romantic aperitif or relax with a glass of Barolo wine. Guests can prepare their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen: espresso machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine are provided. There is also a sofa bed for one person and a comfortable bathroom, consisting of a modern shower, basin and toilet.
On the second floor you will find the first comfortable bedroom with double bed (mattress 160 x200), a wardrobe where you can store your clothes and suitcases complete with safety deposit box and a second bathroom with toilet, bidet and hairdryer supplied. There is an open shower in the bedroom with a beautiful view of the Alps from the window and a basin area.
Stairs also lead to a cozy attic where we find a second bedroom with double bed (mattress 160 x200), basin and coffee table area.
The whole villa is equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. There is also a flat screen TV equipped with Netflix streaming. We offer our guests free private parking and free wifi Internet. In the external common areas there is a video surveillance system.

Please be advised that our house features two bedrooms situated on separate floors, accessible via a staircase. Kindly note that there are no doors separating the two floors. Please note that when a reservation is for two guests, only one bedroom is prepared by default. If you need the second bedroom as well, please let us know and we will prepare it for you with no extra cost.

Children are welcome in our house.​

We are pet-friendly: we will be happy to host you and your dog!! A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

Parking for one car is free and always available. Please pay attention that the last 200 meters to reach the property is an unpaved road (country road).

Welcome to the region of fine wines and excellent truffles! Our house is located 2 km from Barolo, a city famous throughout the world for its excellent red wines made from Nebbiolo grapes.
The recently built and fully furnished holiday home offers a breathtaking view of Alps and the peak of the magnificent Monviso emerges, while the whole area is surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills. Here you will be in direct contact with nature, and you will be able to admire the scenic beauty of the hills and vineyards of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Activities in the surrounding area include hiking and cycling, it’s also possible to rent e-bikes or organize an unforgettable hot air balloon tour. During the season you can enjoy an amazing white truffle hunting with a professional "trifolau" and his trained dog.
Nearby there are plenty of wine shops and famous wine degustation places. You can take a deep dive into the restaurants of Piedmont's finest cuisine (Piedmont reconfirms to be the second Italian region by number of Michelin starred chefs and a must-visited destination for food lovers).
