Welcome to Rožna Loft in the Rose Valley! A modern, fully refurbished attic retreat in Nova Gorica. This cozy top-floor space sleeps up to five, a spacious bathroom with modern laundry facilities, and a peaceful stay just minutes from the city and the Italian border.

The building’s exterior and lower floors are still being completed, this should not affect your stay or comfort.

Electric car charging also possible.

Our modern top-floor space offers:

- Three bedrooms (one with a sofa bed)

- A large bathroom with laundry facilities

- Walking distance to Italy and Nova Gorica

- Access via three flights of stairs (plus 1 flight of outside stairs)

The building’s exterior and lower floors are still being completed, but any disturbance is minimal and when you walk through the door the property is finalised internally.
Please note there is NO KITCHEN.

Guests can use all bedrooms and the bathroom pictured. The entire top floor is for guests and secured.

The neighbourhood is quiet, there are 2 petrol stations nearby a restaurant, cafe and 2 supermarkets all within walking distance. There is a small stream and wooded hill across from the property where you can go to feed fish and ducks.

Electric Car charging available and the external part of the building is being worked on, including the garden.
Please no parties and no smoking on the property.
There are 3 children, 2 cats and a dog on the property so please be aware if you have pets of your own to bring.
