« grande chambre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. le petit déjeuner offert était une belle surprise. »

« Amazing and friendly staff and tidy room, maybe a bit let down by the breakfast with only cereal and toast but over all pretty good. »

« Everything was tidy and spotless, but there was a smell in the room and although sheets were crisp and everything looked "clean" the smell alone made it feel unhygienic. « Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience. »

After waiting around 5mins, called the after hours number. The guy told me our room was open and the key was in our room. I had to ask which room. Never asked our...
