« This is a massive place with many levels which was confusing. Also, I didn’t realized that this hotel is geared to family with kids, many kids. This is a perfect place for a family with young children but if you want a quiet stay, I wouldn’t recommend it. As far as the location goes, there isn’t much ( restaurant options) near the hotel so it wasn’t convenient for us. Reserve your breakfast early on line, we were told. Lastly, one of us (out of 3) had to sleep on the mat…not so comfortable. »

« The condition of the floor was poor, the chair was broken, and the staff were very rude and unfriendly. »

« Very clean facility with helpful staff. »
