However, there was a weird smell somewhere in the room and the property management never got back to me on it. « This property is advertised as a hotel, but it is actually just an apartment. Upon arrival, there was no reception service available, and we were told to call a phone number. Unfortunately, the host never showed up or provided assistance. After waiting and being unable to check in, we had to find and book another place to stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property. »

« My friend and I stayed for two nights at the West Hotel Ataman. Our rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds, excellent shower and lovely breakfast with good choice of food. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially Vera and colleague's on reception. The kitchen staff prepared a take away breakfast for our early morning departure on the day we checked out. I recommend this hotel. »

« I had a very unpleasant experience staying here over the past two days. First of all, the locker/door system is clearly broken — I was actually locked inside my room for two hours, which was both stressful and unacceptable. The building itself feels poorly managed and unsafe.
