« This is not a hotel. It is somebody’s condominium. Upon entering the building you’re stuck finding the owner. It has no pool, no available parking. The building is still under deconstruction so you’re stuck, listening construction noises . »

« I had a great stay at this capsule hotel in Batumi. The property is clean, modern and comfortable, and the capsules provide enough privacy for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places within walking distance. Overall, it was a great option for a short stay in Batumi, especially for travelers looking for something affordable, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here...

« We had a truly perfect stay! Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just right – from the friendly service to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt completely at ease and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! »

« great view »

« Tres bien situé pour un week end casino »

« Ved tjek ind var personalet ikke særlig hjælpsom og uden nogen former for smil. Kunne kun russisk. Så måske derfor. »

« We stayed only 2 days instead of 5 because: we found ants, no light in the bedroom, NO WATER FROM 4 am to 2 pm the next day. NOT EVEN A DROP OF WATER!!!! When we arrived at the place where the reservation said that was our apartment, they send us an email telling us to go to a different building!!!! After we asked for the refund, we went to a beautiful little hotel call BLACK SEA STAR HOTEL FOR THE SAME PRICE, BREAKFAST INCLUDED in a nice place with nice staff. It was a very disappointing...

« The apartment was clean and worked well for us. »

« Large bedroom Excellent view Amenities good (miss spoons or cuttelry) Good location Warning on noise and elevator »

« Liked: fine location. First line. Close to shopping, Grand Mall restaurants, beach. Excellent view of the mountains and the beach line. Did not like: Dirty floors, broken stove, broken washing machine, uncleaned dishes, defective heat alarm (that summoned only rudimentarily English-speaking, dim, and annoying fire control people three times during the stay, once entering w/o a permission, even after being advised that I would be leaving the premises in 10 min, w/o any pressing reason.) Just...

« So let's get the negative out the way to start. Check-in time is 2 pm. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready which was obviously understandable. We left our car in their free parking, our luggage at the desk and went out for a bite to eat. When we came back at 2:10, our luggage was by the desk unattended and not in a back room and our room was still not ready. We had to wait until 2:30 for our room. Was there any form of apology ? Nope ! And to top it off, the floor of the room was still...
