« Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London. Special mention to Sahel, Dalo, Niko and Mohamed (sorry if I've spelt some names wrong 😅, but the sentiment is there) for their kindness and for responding to all our requests. « My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch.
