The Rosa and Sabbia villas are two separate buildings next to each other, each with their own garden and private pool. The property is close to the charming fishing village of Marzamemi and it is only a short driving distance away from the beautiful baroque towns of Noto and Syracuse.

VILLA ROSA - Sleeps 4+2
The villa develops over one level. Inside, we find the living/kitchen area with large doors that open onto the terrace and the modern kitchen with table and chairs and equipped with built in appliances. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, and a third bedroom with double sofa bed. There is one separate bathroom with shower.

Outside, the main focus of the property is its private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.2m deep, open all year round). A covered large terrace with comfortable seating and table with chairs, perfect for al-fresco dining while enjoying the seaside breeze. The rooftop is also a main lounge area, with Jacuzzi (heated on request to 26 degrees Celsius; 2x2m; 0.7m deep), covered gazebo with table and chairs, sun lounges and of course, stunning sea views!

VILLA SABBIA - Sleeps 8
The villa develops over two floors. Inside, we find a bright living room with sofas, dining table, kitchen area and direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool.
The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one other double bedroom. There is one other separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we find the roof terrace, partially covered and equipped with sun lounges, coffee table and chairs, perfect for an al-fresco breakfast while enjoying the beautiful sea views. As well as 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, accessed from the outside only.
Outside, the villa offer a private garden with private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open from January 1 to December 31). By the pool, we have sun lounges and a covered terrace with table and chairs.
