The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto a large living area that combines living and dining spaces. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, etc.) features a black wrought iron table and director's chairs, creating an industrial-chic atmosphere. The apartment has a double bedroom with a porthole opening typical of these Sicilian structures, and a double bedroom that opens onto the alley through a French window. The accommodation is completed by two bathrooms with windows and a double sofa bed in the living area that opens onto the internal alley.  The interiors preserve historical elements such as antique fixtures, stucco work, and retro flooring, combined with original restored furniture, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with smart TVs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kWh per week (approximately 17 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
