Villa Mona #2 is located in the peaceful Nosara Springs neighborhood, just a 20-minute walk to Playa Pelada and a short drive to Playa Guiones. Guests can also walk to the nearby river for kayaking, paddleboarding, or fishing. The property offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility—close enough to enjoy the town’s restaurants, shops, and culture, yet tucked away in nature for ultimate relaxation.

GROUP BOOKINGS

For larger gatherings, both Villa Mona homes can be rented together to accommodate up to 16 guests. Enjoy shared outdoor spaces and the privacy of two separate homes—perfect for retreats, multi-family vacations, or group getaways.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE



New construction just started in the neighborhood, so keep in mind noise levels may be higher. Work typically occurs during daytime hours, from 7AM to 5PM. Thank you for your understanding as the neighborhood continues to grow.

LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
