Hôtels près du Norwalk Arts Center à Norwalk

« Super endroit ! »

« Was close to race track »

« Room was disgusting and unsafe. There were nails and fluid on the ground, manager refused to give refund or to give a clean room. Told me to “I don’t have another room, I can’t do anything, goodluck”. Not a pleasant experience at all property does not look anything like the pictures. Never write reviews but I’ve never had this bad of an experience, on top of things charging 120$ a room is criminal for a low quality motel. »

« The room was clean however the heater was very noisy when it kicked on. Also we were placed in a room with an adjoining door and could hear the other room somewhat. We also heard various noises from the hallway (conversations, door closings) because our door didn't shut evenly. The breakfast was okay - standard fare for a buffet type breakfast. The room amenities were good. The check in and check out were smooth. »

« An Okay Stay, but Room for Improvement Overall, our stay was just okay. The room was mostly clean, but there were a few issues that kept it from being a particularly enjoyable experience. The biggest drawback was the lighting. The room was poorly lit, making the entire space feel dark, gloomy, and somewhat depressing rather than comfortable and inviting. The bathroom also could have used more attention. There was visible mold or mildew buildup along the bottom track of the shower door, as...

« Hôtel très classique, calme et propre »

« Très bon pour aller à cedar point. L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Personnel très sympa. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux. »

« The place was okay for what it was. We just needed to stay the night after Cedar Point. The bed was comfy and the room itself was nice. The bathroom was old and towels were snagged and I saw a little bug on the floor, which creeped me out. Staff were friendly and helpful. »

« Unprofessional staff and unsafe vibes—avoid! I chose to forfeit part of my payment and leave rather than stay here. The property felt sketchy and completely deserted. Worse, the front desk staff was incredibly unprofessional and hostile, delivering an accusatory speech about their pillow policy before I even entered the room. I left out of concern that they would hit me with fraudulent charges later. Save your money and go elsewhere. »
