« The unit was clean, and could be ideal for young couples. It is advertised as sleeping up to 8, but it is very small and tight, and really only fit for 4-5 people. It lacks basic things like towel racks or hooks, and bedside lamps. The stairs are very steep with no railing. Older adults should be aware that it is located on the side of the hill overlooking Bergen. "Points positifs : * Très bonne localisation, proche du métro, ce qui facilite les déplacements. * Chambre propre, correcte et confortable pour un séjour agréable. * Petit-déjeuner très bon, avec des produits de qualité. Points négatifs : * Le ménage quotidien était assez léger : la boîte de mouchoirs n’a pas été remplacée, gel douche et savon main vides non renouveles et pas de bouteille d’eau a l’arrivée * Équipement de la kitchenette limité pr 4 personnes (un seul verre, un couteau et une cuillère seulement). * Le personnel nous a moyennement renseignés concernant le transport vers l’aéroport un jour férié, ce qui a failli nous faire rater notre vol. * Nous n’avons pas été informés qu’il fallait prévenir avant 13h pour obtenir un breakfast bag le lendemain. * Salle du petit-déjeuner souvent très fréquentée, avec une organisation perfectible. Avis global : bon hôtel pour son emplacement et la qualité du petit-déjeuner, mais certains aspects du service et de l’organisation pourraient être améliorés."
