« Showed up to check in in the middle of a noreaster, and even though I had my reservation information they said they did not have any reservations. Then they said that they had one room available though, but I would have to pay for it and then get the money back later from the original booking. Seeing as he seemed really stoned and the situation was really sketchy...I just left and found another reservation down the road. There were lots of them since it was late, snowy and windy with few...

« A quiet space outside Providence center with great amenities such as a comfortable bed, great towels, and pleasant decor. »

« We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep. »

« It was labeled a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. The front desk clerk was rude and the hotel itself was outdated and deluxe is definitely wrong. »

« My booking was booked then cancelled that the date wasn't available anymore. So I had to find reservations elsewhere. Very disappointed. »

« The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, the place smelled of marijuana. The decor was old and outdated. Very dissatisfied. »

« I was looking for a comfortable place for myself and my dog for a few days -and Cindy’s place was perfect. Private-amazing views- home made banana bread! Cindy also provided a Variety of locals soaps, lotions and facial scrubs to sample-looking forward to returning »

« If you are looking for a room with a view, this is not your place. If you want a very comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a place to rest after a long day, this is as good as any. If you want your money to go toward a lady with young kids instead of a mega millionaire, stay here. This is in the southern suburbs of Boston. Not handicapped accessible because you have to go down 4 steps. »

« The entire downstairs of the house is at your disposal. Super modern, clean, all amenities available. The host, Jennifer, is charming and pleasant and super helpful. The only "issue" (and I state this in very slight terms) was gaining access with the touch lock...didnt know exactly how to use it and had to disturb the host to show us (late arrival). Definitely would stay here again !!! »
