« Firstly, Host is terrible about communicating, we received check-in information 30 minutes after it was supposed to be given which was not even provided until the time you are allowed into the house making traveling there to arrive at check in very difficult. We couldn't figure out how to work the hot tub, but I think it was an issue with us just not knowing how. We love the proximity to Universal Studios. We would love to stay again in the future. »
