Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! « The grounds definitely need some landscaping and upkeep done - not a great first impression on arrival. Seems to be operating on a very slim staff - takes a while to get someone on the phone. The room appeared clean and tended to. Breakfast was included by nothing looked very appetizing - the coffee was horrible. « Children had fun in the hotel. None of the third party websites I saw had the waterpark package available. The hotels website also has a pool listed as an amenity but it is not, you have to pay separate for the waterpark. The cleanliness and state of furniture was poor. « It was clean, the staff was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure it felt sooo good, however the some of the furniture/ Stands need replaced trim pieces coming off and highvisible ware. The Bathroom was clean how ever the tiles is falling apart, wall paper missing. Rust stains ect.
