Step outside and the lake is yours to enjoy, with a private boat dock and swim platform providing effortless access to everything Lake Tuscaloosa has to offer. The spacious, private backyard overlooks the water, creating a peaceful backdrop for morning coffee, afternoon swims, sunset gatherings, and evenings under the stars.



The Space:

Inside, the main level is designed for gathering. The beautifully appointed chef's kitchen is equipped with all the extras you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family feast, with abundant counter space and seating for the whole crew. The adjoining dining areas offer seating for everyone, including an 8-seat dining table, an 8-seat breakfast table, and five bar stools. The inviting living area opens onto a large deck overlooking the lake, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor living. The main level also features the private primary suite, a luxurious retreat with its own bathroom, along with a convenient half bath.



Upstairs, four thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for large groups. Bedroom 2 features two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa with a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, affectionately known as the Bama Room, features a queen bed and three twin beds, plus its own en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed and twin trundle, while Bedroom 5 features a queen bed and beautiful views of the lake.



Downstairs, the fun continues in the spacious game room, complete with a kitchenette and additional sleeping accommodations. Bedroom 6 offers a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom, making the lower level an ideal space for kids, teens, or guests who want their own retreat. A separate porch with a grill extends the living space outdoors and offers yet another place to gather.
