Guests have access to the whole home during their stay. Please note the barns are not available for guest use.

The driveways can accommodate a about 6 cars.

Modern lighting, stainless appliances, a marble island, quartz surfaces, rainfall shower in the primary bath, and in-floor radiant heat are just a few of the luxury amenities included with this home.

Outside, unwind on the patio with serene water feature or in the adjacent hot tub. Stroll the private 10 acres or sit and relax on the deck just off of the living area with water view.

The master bedroom on the upper floor features a king bed with a balcony where you can enjoy views of the bay. Primary bathroom features a rainfall shower head and a separate soaking tub for true relaxation.

Also on the upper level are two spacious guest rooms with comfortable queen beds and second bathroom as well as laundry.

On the main floor, enjoy an open floor plan with marble island, stainless appliances, and full kitchen with espresso machine, standard coffee maker as well as grinder. Half bath and butlers pantry are also on this level.

On the lower level, you’ll find the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a second living room with SmartTV and a full bathroom. Find extra comfort with in-floor heating on this level as well.

Please note there is a ring doorbell and a camera overlooking the driveway and barns.

Traveling with your horse? Please reach out as we have two horse stalls in the adjacent barn which is outfitted with water and power. We may be able to accommodate.

Please ensure that the outdoor cushions are placed inside the home after using the furniture. We experience very high winds at certain times of the year. The hot tub cover must be locked and secured after each use.
