Swimming and kayaking! We took a guided ride on the brand new pontoon boat (with a bartender and restroom on board) and that was one of my favorite parts. « Host was extremely responsive before, during and after the stay. Facilities were very clean and basic. It met our needs, which was a place to sleep. Location was excellent (4 miles to downtown Elkins). Fridge and microwave were nice amenities. Free coffee and tea were appreciated. The rocking chairs outside on the screen porch were nice for morning coffee as well as the terrace overlooking the river. It was quiet and peaceful. No barking dogs or children running around. »
