« We were pleased with the room. The temperature control system was good. The exterior of the hotel could use some improvement. The landscape has lots of weeds growing and the trees need to be trimmed. The dinner options could be better…… especially on Friday and Saturday night. Overall good experience. »

Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad.
