The instructions provided were not specific and the key cards did not work. There was no online help available using the kiosk; once the original operator had signed off I had no way of contacting him...

« The hotel is going through major renovations. We were in the South Tower, so considering the work going on, it was kept in remarkably good condition. Room was large and had a balcony. View was beautiful! »
