« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h. The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others. The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am. Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. »

« The lady we checked in with on the first night was wonderful. My reservation was not showing up on their side and she was able to make it right and only charge us the deal we found online. The gentleman the next day was also very respectful but the lady on the third day was not the nicest. She kept acting like we didn’t have a room and asking us our room number which I understand to a point but we had already stayed two nights so there was no reason for it along with the attitude.
