« My vehicle was broken into and everything I had was stolen. What made the situation even worse was that no one from the hotel checked on me or offered any help. The staff showed no concern and did absolutely nothing to assist. They also charge $10 for parking, yet there is no security at all. Several other cars were broken into as well, and the officer mentioned this happens often at this location. I would strongly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. »

« It’s my second time going here and I will be coming back. It an affordable/comfortable option when traveling to San Antonio for a few days. A big plus is check in age minimum is 18! »

« Check in was nice , everything was fine besides our heater wasn’t working at first and the room was freeeezing. But they fixed it later that evening. Hot tub was down during our stay. But my favorite part was breakfast ! A lot of waffle options (: »
