« When we booked through Expedia it stated the pet fee was $25 per stay per dog. When we got to the hotel we were charged $25 per night instead. After numerous calls to the hotel and Expedia we have still not received a refund. Expedia says hotel is wrong and hotel says Expedia is wrong. We have not gotten this resolved at all. »

« The only complaint we had was that the air conditioner wouldn't run while you're asleep. The front desk person said it was set up to only run by motion detection. This is how going green technology works. Therefore, you wake up very warm in the morning. Not happy with that at all. »

« The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel. »
