Situated in a peaceful residential area of Northampton close to Collingtree, the property combines a quiet location with excellent transport connections.

Junction 15 of the M1 is conveniently accessible, making the house an excellent base for Northampton, Towcester, Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.

Silverstone Circuit is approximately 20 km away, making the property particularly convenient for Formula 1, MotoGP and other Silverstone events.

Local shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and golf are also within easy reach.

Hot tub

The outdoor hot tub is an OPTIONAL EXTRA and is not automatically included with every reservation.

It is generally available for longer stays of 7 nights or more and MUST be requested at least 7 days before arrival to give us sufficient time to prepare and set it up.

Hot tub availability cannot be guaranteed where local water restrictions, drought conditions, water shortages, maintenance or other circumstances outside our control prevent its safe operation.

Please contact us before booking if use of the hot tub is important to your stay.
