« Came from out of town,called ahead to see if I can get in 1-2hrs early. I got told they normally charged $20-$30 depending on the time. Got there,and had to PAY..it was definitely a different guy,but we found out which man it was that was working the time I called asking. Wasn't happy I got told "ill just wave the fee, don't worry about it". But then get charged by a different front desk guy,once I'm there! Even more so seeing I got the most expensive room they have(indoor jacuzzi in the room)....

« This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. Enclosed pool was not vented nor air conditioned, it was stifling to even walk in the door. Lots of trash in...
