« The hotel is in a great location! The staff were friendly and always helpful! The rooms are clean, although there were a few broken or damaged items. Free bottles of water are available, which is a plus, but the supply wasn’t restocked for nearly two days, leaving guests without any water – not even for a fee. »

« All the hotel staff were kind and friendly.
I had some questions about the amenities in the hotel room, so I went to the front desk a few times to ask, and everyone explained everything to me very politely.
When I told them I didn't know how to turn on the hot water in the bathtub, a maintenance technician came up to my room to show me how, and since part of the bathroom fixture was broken, he fixed it right then and there.
The room had a kitchen (with a microwave, fridge-freezer, stovetop,...

« I came back to this hotel because the first time I stayed here, the service was good.
This time, however, it was a disaster. I had specifically requested a quiet room with a nice view when I made my reservation. Instead, I was given a room overlooking black rooftops and noisy air conditioning units—absolutely terrible.

On top of that, when I asked about the airport shuttle schedule, the answers I...

10/10 Excellent
Nous ne sommes - hélas - restés qu’une seule nuit. Le B&B est superbe, avec un mobilier historique. Nous étions dans la suite Bunker, équipée d’une cuisine complète et très spacieuse.
Délicieux petit déjeuner.
