  • Le Kai Conut Villa est situé directement à Cayman Kai, à Rum Point, sur la côte nord. Kai Conut est une villa privée d'un étage avec plage de baignade aux pieds nus, ombragée par des palmiers et des pins de Casuarina.

    Le spacieux et moderne salon de Kai Conut, ses toutes nouvelles cuisines et salles à manger, sont séparés de l'extérieur par des murs de fenêtres et des portes coulissantes en verre. La maison est donc baignée de soleil toute l'année. Que vous preniez votre petit-déjeuner à la table ou allongez-vous sur le canapé d'angle, vous pouvez toujours profiter de la beauté naturelle que Kai Conut a à offrir. Des vues panoramiques au nord-ouest offrent non seulement les eaux bleu azur de Cayman Kai, mais aussi les bateaux visitant Stingray Sandbar. Assis au bout de Water Cay Road, les clients ne verront pas d’autre personne s��occuper de tout leur séjour.

Excellent place to stay!

Beautiful home! Had everything we needed to make our stay amazing! The location was perfect. Even with Starfish Point right around the bend, the place was quiet and peaceful. Lovely views across the bay, wonderful flora and fauna, excellent pool and deck area. There were pool toys, sand toys, and even some Legos inside for the kiddos! We had a great time and would definitely stay at KaiConut again and again.

Dock needed replaced and put rails at least on one side. With price Kayak should have come with. No life jackets provided with Kayak so we had to buy them. House layout was excellent. Outside area and pool excellent. Pleanty of seating, towels and other items we needed hats, bug spray, dishes, spices, etc. Oberall great family trip.our 2nd best house experience ever.

A little piece of heaven

This property is incredible. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is amazing (right next to Starfish Point) and the house has everything you need! We hired a chef to come to the house and cook for us, and he was pleased with how the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The pool can't be heated but we wouldn't have needed a heater anyway. We would definitely stay here again!

Paradise at Kai conut

We rented Kai conut for 15 days and brought two groups of friends and family down for a week at a time. Loved the pool, beach, home and views. Big screened P.O. arch perfect for sinners and breakfast. Lovely big pool deck. Alll well maintained. Everyone loved Kai conut.

Family Getaway 2023

The house and property is a slice of heaven! Our gang consisted of 6 adults and five children - ages 3-9 years! The house was beautifully laid out with a big kitchen, veranda and comfortable family room. The pool and the patio is spacious with lots of seating and lounge chairs. The gazebo offers shade in the heat of the afternoon, the beach was an adventure playground for the kids to buildout front is beautiful and lots of crabs and fish

Amazing trip in paradise!

Our multi-generational group of 7 had an amazing stay at Kai Conut. The house and grounds are exactly as pictured, and true to the description, it is far removed from the crowds of 7 Mile Beach - which is exactly what we wanted. It felt like a vacation in paradise. Our little ones felt very welcome, with sand toys, playdough, etc. available for our use. Starfish Point is literally across the street (we walked there multiple times) and Kaibo Marina and Rum Point are less than 5 minutes driving distance (with great restaurants overlooking the water). Cayman Kai public beach was fantastic for snorkeling the reef. We used the property management's recommendations for grocery runs, chefs/cooks, etc. and were really impressed with all their suggestions. Our entire group can't wait to return - hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Great week at Kai Coconut!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house itself is beautiful inside and very comfortable for our group of eight adults and three kids. The pool was fantastic with a lot of great places to sit outside in the shade or sun. We also walked a lot on the beach right in the back of the house, but be sure to bring your water shoes because there are jellyfish and other pokey things in the water. It was really easy to walk over to starfish point which was another beautiful beach and great for watching the sunset. The café that was mentioned in reviews is about a 10 minute walk away and was great for coffee and a Tuesday night barbecue dinner. This place is a little remote and it does take a bit of driving to get there, but we loved being off the beaten path a bit and the low key vibes on this part of the island. Neighborhood was great for early morning runs, and the ocean was great in this area for open water swims (waves are really gentle because of the reef that protects this part of the island.) Our only issue was a problem that came up with the air conditioner and they did fix it within 24 hours.

Superb villa, incredibly well stocked, wonderful view and almost total privacy

We have rented houses all over the Caribbean for more than twenty years. We only rent upscale properties and are very tough critics. In all my years, I have never written a review on a property, but this house and its owner deserve to be recognized. We rented Kaiconut for three weeks in July of 2010. KaiConut is an expansive beachfront house that is maintained in pristine condition. There are two huge master suites on opposite ends of the house that provide excellent privacy when traveling with another couple. There are two other bedrooms and a sleeping den (pull-out queen sofa bed) to accomodate larger parties. Matressses and bedding are uniformly comfortable, though upgraded sheets would be nice. The furnishings are not elaborate, but they are modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There are televisions in alll bedrooms, so the kids do not have to fight about what to watch. I am a serious cook and can vouch for the fact that the kitchen is fully equipped - including most any gadget you could possibly want. There are tons of towels, washcloths, dish towels, etc and they are of good quality. The house is equipped with a bottled water dispenser, so there's no need to buy bottled water at the grocery store. Don't bother lugging your laptop through security - the house has one hard wired into its high speed internet service. The entire house is air conditioned and has lots of ceiling fans - you will be extremely comfortable, even in summer. Outside, there is a screened porch with ceiling fans where you will likely spend lots of time - it is a wonderful, large space where we fed nine comfortably! The pool is spotless and, like the grounds, serviced every week. The pool deck / terrace is huge and has steps down to the beach. If you turn right on the beach you can walk for an hour (dragging along a nine year old who was looking at every sea shell) and end up at Rum Point. The sea floor in front of the house is mostly turtle grass and it provides interesting snorkeling. There are tons fo spiny lobsters and you can easily catch some for dinner - please only take what you are going eat. You'll also see rays, sea stars and perhaps a turtle or two. The house is a five minute walk from Kaibo Restaurant/Bar - excellent food. Don't miss the barbecue on Tuesday evening. You can drive to Rum Point beach in three minutes, or so. KaiCocnut provides comfort, security, privacy, a very quiet setting and a glorious sunset to watch every night. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Spot!

We spent a week at Kai Conut, very peaceful location and the house was just as described. Judy Ebanks was super in helping us get supplies to the house before arrival and was easy to communicate with in the event of any issues. The location is very private and quiet and beautiful just like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped so dinners in were a breeze. Would recommend this home to families, we had a great time and would stay here again!

We loved Kaiconut!!

Beautiful home in a great location. Access to Starfish Point, Kaibo Yacht Club, and Rum Point. Great beach and dock right behind the house. Large kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again!!!

Loved it!

What a great location. Quiet and private and so close to starfish point. The house was very well stocked and very clean. The kitchen had every appliance you could possibly need.

Perfect for a family gathering

Loved staying in this secluded house by Star Point. The pool was patio area was perfect for the kids and for gathering together. Tons of areas to eat dinner, play cards, etc. the beach is awesome and having access to the SUPs and kayaks were great. Loved our visit!

Family Trip

We rented Kai Conut for a big family trip on my husbands 70 bday. We had a great trip and the house, pool and beach were so wonderful! Plenty of space for all 7 of us to spread out and sleep well. Would do again for sure!

Spacious private home

The property is well-cared for and the kitchen is very well-equipped. We spent most of our time on the huge patio with all of the tables, chairs and lounge chairs. The pool is perfect and the children loved it. Having our own private beach was fun, and the kids found lots of conch, a sting ray and other sea creatures. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the distance from the airport, grocery shopping and restaurants. Although there are a few nearby, we missed our favorites on Seven Mile Beach. I recommend the Rum Point Club for a nice evening out. The food was wonderful. However, if you are looking for a nice quiet place to vacation, Kai Conut can't be beat!

Winter Sun & Fun on the East End

Kaicoconut was a fantastic experience from the moment we entered the villa. Although it was just my husband and I, the house was big enough for our daughter and grandkids to all have their own rooms if they had not had school. Unbelievable views from the house, outside area was very large with plenty of options for outdoor activities. Would have been a perfect 5 star rating if the fans on the patio had worked and we didn’t have a a/c leak in the front bathroom ceiling. We took advantage of all the great restaurants on the east end, especially The Lighthouse. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Barbara Johnson

Perfect for our family

The property was located at the secluded end of a private street right next door to Starfish Point. It was perfect for our family of 10 ranging in age from 6 months to those in their 60s - the pool was great as well as the beach. There were kayaks and standup boards as well as pool toys for the kids. Very well equipped kitchen and altogether a very comfortable layout. We would recommend it highly.

Great location, Nice house

Overall, a good experience and a nice place to stay. You couldn't ask for a better location as it is literally on Star Fish Point with the primary access to Star Fish Point just across the street. Kaibo Marina is an easy walk down the street for drinks or lunch. The house fronts the sound so you have a great view of the water and can even see all of the action of Sting Ray City off in the distance. The pool is a nice bonus for relaxing, especially at night. The house is fairly well equipped and the overall condition and experience was good. We did have a problem with the ice maker not making any ice for the first day. A call to Silver Thatch brought a delivery of ice in bags to compensate. Everything else worked great. Fantastic washer and dryer, AC cooled the house very well, etc. There were a couple of negative surprises. First, one of the bedrooms that opens to the living room has two openings in the top of the door. Not even glass; literally the top two panels of the six panel door are cut out for some reason. This means that whoever is sleeping in that room has all of the noise and light from the living room coming into their room. And they have no real privacy. This was not a good experience for the couple sleeping in this room. I can't imagine why this door was cut this way, but it could be an easy fix for the owner: just replace the door with a solid door. Another minor disappointment is that the closet in the master suite is locked. This means that there is no closet for use of the renter which meant we had to have our suitcases and clothes out in the bedroom (although there was plenty of drawer space for folded clothes). I would rather see the owner set aside a locked closet in the laundry room, etc, for their owner's closet and allow the renter to have the bedroom closet to hang clothes, store suitcases, etc. In fact, only two of the five bedrooms had closets available to the renter. Overall, the house was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would stay there again if they replace the one bedroom door mentioned above. Silver Thatch is a great company to work with and is very responsive to needs.

Moe Cayman Vacation

Wonderful home to stay at, the last home on the north side past Rum Point. The home was great and more than enough room for two families of four. It was very clean and neat the pool our kids lived in for the week. We didn't cook much at home but full kitchen for appetizers and drinks to have at the pool and beach. We spent several hours in the ocean and did go see the Sting Rays. we went out of Rum Point through Red Sail Tours as there was a total of 12 people on the Catamaran going to the Sting Rays so we spent a lot of one on one with them and the crew! Judy and her husband are the people who care for the house and they came buy often to see if we needed anything very wonderful people and quite helpful. I would definitely return to the Cayman Islands and this home!

Wonderful large house great for our family of 10.

Everything was in good working order. The pool and beach areas were well maintained. The views from the house and terrace were exactly what landlubbers wish for when they come to the islands! And the Grand Cayman weather was lovely.

Beautiful home with all the special extras!

Our family had a wonderful experience at Kia Conut, the house was very family friendly and allowed all 10 of us to have the best vacation. Enough room for reflection time, but also group activities. We were in the pool everyday and took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards in the ocean. Location was very private. The children loved walking to Starfish Point Beach and Kiabo (for ice cream).
