As a true waterfront property, Kai Baby offers direct canal access for swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking in calm, protected waters. Bring the kayaks or paddleboards across the street to experience one of Grand Cayman’s most magical natural wonders — the Bioluminescent Bay. Timing plays a key role in witnessing the brightest glow, as moon cycles, time of day, and seasonal conditions influence the intensity of the bioluminescence. Inside, Kai Baby was fully renovated in 2022 with stylish coastal furnishings and modern finishes. The well-equipped kitchen includes a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, K-Duo combo coffee maker (carafe or K-cup), microwave, blender, range, and toaster.
The living room and bedrooms feature smart TVs with Wi-Fi and cable, along with complimentary high-speed internet.
Perfect for families visiting Grand Cayman, the home includes comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a bunk bed with a pull-out trundle — ideal for children or teens. Whether you're traveling with extended family or a group of friends, Kai Baby provides both privacy and gathering space.
Guests may enjoy complimentary water equipment including an adult-size paddleboard, junior paddleboard, two adult kayaks, a junior kayak, and life vests for added safety during your adventures on the water. To explore the charm of Rum Point, four bikes are also provided — perfect for sunset rides to the beach or morning coffee runs to Kaibo.
For your peace of mind, Kai Baby features a Ring Alarm system, Ring Doorbell, and a security camera above the rear door. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities at Kai Baby — your waterfront home away from home in Grand Cayman.
The home features a private canal dock which we occasionally use for our personal boat. If you are planning to bring a boat and require dockage during your stay in Rum Point, please reach out to us beforehand to confirm availability. Guests are always welcome to enjoy the dock and water access for swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking.

- A refundable $500 Security Deposit is required and returned less than 14 days after vacancy pending any damages
- A signed waiver will be required for use of water sports equipment
- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates
- $35 Resort Fee per night is required
- Departure Cleaning Fee is required
