« When I crawled into bed at 10:30pm after having finally gotten my infant to sleep - the bed was soaking wet. Not just the sheets. The pillows, duvet etc were all WET. They also had a strong chemical smell to them. I was exhausted so I emailed over vrbo then fell asleep on the couch. I woke up the next morning to the suggestion that I dry the sheets myself (note, they smelled bad). They did not offer to make this right in any other way.
