« Really nice clean room and the staff were more than helpful and friendly however the food was unfortunately a disappointment with the rib eye steak being of poor quality, the onion rings being undercooked and the mushrooms being cold. The wait for food was also longer than expected. »

« Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff. The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. « We had a brilliant time and the staff were wonderful! Very well maintained hotel, excellent breakfast, and a wonderful view. The staff gave us some local tips, and sorted out our parking permit. Less than a ten minute walk from the town centre and castle, so we'll be staying here again! »
