Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all property amenities including North Tower Pool and outdoor grill. Guests will not have access to the marina docks unless secured otherwise (renting a boat, going on a waterway cruise, etc. separately).

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of rare unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
