The home features two completely separate apartments with no shared indoor space. Enjoy off-street parking (1 vehicle or 2 compact cars tandem), a private second-floor entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and spacious living areas.—everything you need for a carefree beach getaway. Best of all, you're just a 2-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun, searching for seashells, or taking evening walks along the shore. When you're ready to cool off, enjoy our spacious 16' × 32' private swimming pool, shared only with guests staying in the downstairs apartment. Pool heating is available October through March for $299 per stay, maintaining a comfortable temperature of approximately 80–90°F, weather permitting.

Each bed is outfitted with comfortable linens and pillows, with protective covers on every mattress and pillow for added cleanliness and peace of mind. For your safety and comfort, the home is equipped with smart smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a smart thermostat, and a smart deadbolt.
