Summary:
Enjoy the serene surroundings of this beautiful first floor condo with screened in porch overlooking the driving range. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room/living room, washer/dryer. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 4. Located in a quite golf community (many refer to Tidewater Golf Plantation as "Pebble Beach of the South". Must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent the property (person making the reservation must stay for the duration of the reservation). No pets for renters. No smoking allowed. No grills allowed. No motorcycles, trailers or RV'S permitted on property.

The Space:
Two King beds, two full baths, kitchen, dining area and living room. Screened in Porch. This unit is in a gated golf community. Close to shopping, restaurants and the many attractions the Strand has to offer. Amenities for everyone to enjoy. Such as: pools, fitness center, tennis courts. A short drive to the Cherry Grove Beach to where you can have your toes in the sand and surf.

Guest Access:
You will pick up keys at the rental office. 1007 Sea Mountain Hwy. NMB SC 29582
Parking passes will be given at guard house.

The Neighborhood:
Gated Golf Community , Tidewater Plantation- Teal Lake Village
Motorcycles, Trailers, TV's are not allowed on property.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
No Pets, Motorcycles, Trailers, RV'S or Grills allowed.
