Imagine this: a rad place in the Crescent Beach section with 6 bedrooms that can fit 17 of your crew. We`ve got two awesome king ensuite rooms for the parents, two rooms with two queen beds each for the kiddos, a bunk room with a twin over a full bunk for the little adventurers, and a cozy room with a queen bed for some chill vibes.

And here`s the best part – your private pool party! Splash around, soak up the sun, and make a splash with your friends. Plus, the beach is right across the street. Seriously, it`s like your own personal entrance to beach paradise, just a few steps away!

Let`s talk chill zones – two living rooms for ultimate relaxation. Because sometimes the little ones want to watch their fave shows while you catch a sunset. Oh, and not one, but two kitchens to make snack time a breeze. No more arguing over who gets the last cookie!

Guests have access to the whole property. It was originally a duplex but is now one big house for your group of 17! Please note that the upstairs and downstairs have separate entrances but you have the whole house to yourself!

We are available anytime if you need us!

HOUSE RULES:
Must be 21 or older to book our home. NO EXCEPTIONS! The booking party must be present for check-in and the duration of the stay!
No smoking on the property.
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.
For any booking over 30 days we require a cleaning every month.

POOL RULES:
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Children always need to be supervised.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 to clean the pool.
There is a hose for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand before entering the pool.
The pool is not heated.

PET RULES:
• A $75 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
• Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
• Limit of two dogs.
