All you need to do is make a run to the grocery store or seafood market for your family favorites and you will be as good as home when it comes to having everything on hand.This beach house is just 100 yards from the Atlantic Ocean. Grab a beach chair and walk across the street for some time in the sun and sand. You can even wake up early enough to catch an oceanfront sunrise that is picture-worthy and a scene to remember. After a day of building sandcastles, surfing the waves, combing the beaches for beautiful seashells or just lounging in a beach chair and reading you can rinse off at the outside shower at Summer Fun before retreating inside.This second-row beach house has several flat-screen TVs and DVD players, making it easy for everyone in your family to spread out and catch their favorite television programs. There is also WIFI access available in Summer Fun and a washing machine and clothes dryer are provided for you, too.Please Note: We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited violation of this will result in eviction.*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 pillowcases. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.

CHECK IN DATE Units rent from SATURDAY to SATURDAY and others from SUNDAY to SUNDAY, June-August. Please note in the unit description the days each unit is rented. For reservations less than a week during June - August, please call 5 days prior to the arrival date. September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.
