Located in the heart of Ocean Drive in North Myrtle Beach, this stylish studio in our Boutique Motel offers the perfect coastal escape. The unit features two double beds, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a mini fridge, and a microwave, all set against vibrant palm-inspired beach decor.
The Space:
ENTRY
You are provided with one designated parking spot. Access your second-floor unit (#9) by taking one flight of stairs and using a secure lock code. To maintain a peaceful environment, please be considerate of all neighbors.
SLEEPING AREA
The studio includes two double beds, accommodating up to four guests. Each bed is supplied with a single set of sheets. For added convenience, the unit provides a luggage rack, iron and ironing board, and a wardrobe with hanging rod and storage shelf.
BATHROOM
The unit features one full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Essentials provided include bath towels, toilet paper, sample toiletries, and a hair dryer.
Note: Each guest receives one set of bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels, as bath towels must remain in the unit.

Nestled in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, this location offers a serene and laid-back vibe, perfect for relaxation. Less than five minutes away is Main Street, filled with dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Barefoot Landing is just a 10-minute drive for even more attractions. Be sure to stop by Melt Ice Cream, a local favorite on Main Street.
Getting Around:
Renting a car is highly recommended for transportation. Taxis and rideshare services like Uber are also readily available.
Pro Tip: Use Hwy for easy access to the beach and major attractions. From March 1 to October 1, daily parking fees of $2 per hour apply in public beach lots along Ocean Boulevard between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Use the Passport Parking app to pay conveniently from your phone.
Other Things to Note:
THIS STUDIO IS IN A RENOVATED BOUTIQUE MOTEL
1)We welcome responsible adults 21 years of age or older
2) Well-behaved pets are welcome, with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Suppose evidence of an undisclosed pet is found during or after the stay, a minimum fee of $250 will be charged to cover ionization, carpet cleaning, and any additional services required to restore the property to its original condition. Guests are also fully responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Pets must be kept in a cage or kennel when left unattended.
3)We require that you acknowledge all terms and conditions in our Guest app before check-in can be granted. All policies outlined in the agreement must be followed. Please ensure you review and acknowledge the terms before your stay.
4) The space cannot accommodate oversized vehicles(RVS, Campers, Big trucks like F150s and Escalades may have a harder time to fit, etc), You are limited to only 2 motorcycles per spot, and no trailers. It's IMPORTANT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND -->that we cannot offer additional parking passes<--. Violators will be TOWED. No off-street parking unless permitted by the city, or in neighbors' driveways, swells or lawns is permitted. See the arrival instructions for your property parking guidelines. The agent is not responsible for the payment of any tickets or fines received by the guests for parking illegally OR repayment of having to park offsite.
5) We do ship left items for a minimum of $15. Please keep in mind that we make every effort to return left items, but we are not responsible for them.
6) None of our properties allow smoking. Violators are subject to immediate eviction, forfeiture of all monies, and additional cleaning charges, at a minimum of $500.00, which could be substantially higher. When allowed, smoke outside, away from the premises, or in designated areas. Dispose of your smoking remnants responsibly. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning charge, applied to the card on file or through the OTA reserved.
7) The number of occupants shall not exceed the capacity of the house listed. The renter is required to limit occupancy of each bedroom to the posted limit on the website and confirmation. Any party exceeding maximum occupancy inside or outside will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Renters not staying at the home are included in the occupancy limits.
8) Children under the age of 12 should not be left on the Property without an adult. The number of persons considered to be in occupancy includes all adults and children under age 18 but excludes children under 18 months.
