Check in process was smooth. Unit was spacious and equipped with the basics. Living room furniture was stained and dirty and sliding door did not slide. Full sized washer and dryer made it easy to keep up with laundry during our stay.

Plus and minus

I had to buy batteries for two remotes, toilet tissue, and trash bags. Normally provided, heard nothing about free attractions.Very convenient location, family oriented, lots of space. Very quiet at night.

The furniture was horrible , but the king bed was OK. Not a picture on the walls and the kitchen was scantly supplied! I bought the house a $3 Spatula and left it for the next guest! Was not a good value at all checking out the surrounding properties!

Ocean Pointe is our new favorite place to stay at North Myrtle Beach

It looked just like the pictures! The short walk to the shore made going between ocean and pool easy. The fully stocked and functional kitchen made mealtime manageable for our family. The balcony overlooking the inlet was beautiful at high tide.

Nice Family Getaway

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I really liked the layout of the condo. Especially for a family staying a week. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths. the kitchen was stocked with most of what we needed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The only minor things I would suggest is providing more than 2 trash bags for families staying an entire week and maybe adding some curtains in the bedrooms to darken them for early mornings for those wanting to sleep in a liitle while on vacation. But I would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

Adequate room but not very clean

The space was exactly what we needed but it was not very clean. The host promptly answered my questions at the time I reserved the space but I had to request check in instructions the day of our arrival. There were 7 people in our party but we only had towels for 5. Good thing there is a washer and dryer. There was a heavy layer of dust on the ceiling fan in our room. The trash can in the kitchen was filthy. I could go on. It makes me mad that you can’t check in till 4 pm so the room can be adequately cleaned. We paid for a day that we barely got to use and this space was not clean at all. We did have a good vacation despite the dust and grime. A positive - the kitchen was well stocked but no Keurig. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this condo.

It was alright

Overall we enjoyed the location. Check in the lady in the office with the long nails wasn’t too nice or helpful with anything. I felt that my questions were more of a burden to her. The condo was not as clean as it looked on line. I took several photos. The dishwasher was out and the fridge didn’t work that well. Overall we will be back to cherry grove, just maybe with a different realty company.

Well worth the money.

Next best thing to being beachfront

Property was very roomy. Beds comfy, needs a bit of extra cleaning...cabinets had sticky stuff inside, we had to clean the stove as it started smoking on our first meal, couches need cleaning. Parking was a challenge because we had to park a third car offsite at the checkin office. Checkin was easy but I did have to ask if the lady checking us in was mad at me...she was very short and basically got aggrivated when I was rereading ( as she pointed out) the contract she wanted me to sign. Location is very nice. Easy walk to the beachfront. We had 6 adults and two kids.

Wonderful location

What a great location! We loved the quick walk to the beach, the sunsets off the balcony, bird watching on the channel, and walks to the point. The management has been responsive to other feedback— there were plenty of pots and pans. Everything worked. The master bedroom bed is comfortable. It is spacious and a great layout for teens to sleep in— with the back room away from the kitchen and living room. Love that it has 3 baths. The property is well-kept, snd the place was very clean. A few suggestions to improve guest experience: a trash can in 3rd bedroom/bath, the smell in back bedroom/bath( we had to buy air fresheners, and left them for next guest), and (this is weird), the lamp shade over the dining room table stinks— like sweat??— when it is on. One more dinner knife and another dinner fork or two would be nice.

Peaceful, quiet beach location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was great location to the beach and only a short drive to the main road for food, gas, groceries and shops. The balcony was nice to sit on at night and in the morning and see the birds and other wildlife. The TV in the master bedroom was very small. The TV’s in the living room and 2 other bedrooms were bigger. I am guessing this TV was 19 inches. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The closet in the second bedroom was broken but we didn’t use the closet. The kitchen was nice size but 2 of the burners didn’t work. A lot of common kitchen utensils and dishes were not there. We were going to make spaghetti one night for dinner and found out there was no colander or pots to even cook the spaghetti in. I bought a spatula and left it because there was not one. Counter did have a few scrapes in it but overall not too bad. The big sofa in the living room had a few big stains that could use a good cleaning or possibly be replaced. The chair in the living room I believe was broken. I sat in it and almost went right over backwards. The carpets had some stains and what looked like to be a burn mark in the master bedroom carpet. The toilet seat in the second bedroom and the master bedrooms should be replaced as they had scuffs and marks in them as if the coating was coming off. The hot water was kind of weird. It took a while for it to warm up at least 5 minutes but once it was warm it was okay until the next time you used it. Other than these few things we have a great stay with no major issues. Great place to stay if you just want to be close to the beach, prefer quiet settings and just relaxation. We did venture to Myrtle Beach and that ride was not bad at all.

Family first vacation

We had a great time till a couple started banging on our balcony and called the police on us, but other than that the place was great, I loved how we all had our own restrooms, so stuff was broken in the unit, but it wasn’t a problem..I would book with them again

Nice place. Clean. Great location.

Nice place. The layout of the condo works great for our family. The back bedroom across from the laundry room gets very warm in the evening. It is a large room with only one ac duct. Second year staying there. We will definitely stay here again.
