Our North Myrtle Beach Vacation Rental Condo at Ironwood in Barefoot Resort is just minutes from the beach and nestled in a premier golf community. It is also on the doorstep of popular Barefoot Landing for fun restaurants and outdoor smiles.

This second-floor retreat offers the ultimate blend of relaxation and convenience with a lovely furnished balcony! Note there is not an elevator, but it's one short flight of stairs to our home!

Just a short 5-minute drive to the beach, you can also take advantage of the free seasonal shuttle to the sandy shores and the luxurious North Tower Pool, one of the largest saltwater pools in the area, and complete with a giant hot tub.

Step inside this delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo and let your vacation vibes take over! The spacious living room features a modern open floor plan perfect for mingling. With an airy, coastal feel, you'll settle into vacation mode in no time.

Because our home has 4 beds (counting the sleeper sofa), it is ideal for a group of golfers and families.

Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy all property amenities! This includes a neighborhood pool in Ironwood right by the condo, grills at Ironwood, the huge North Tower Pool on the waterway, and a free shuttle to the beach and to the North Tower pool from Spring-Fall.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 2nd floor of Building 1, NO elevator access.
*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Charcoal grills on property.
*Washer/dryer in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking spaces provided in front of the building, no additional parking spaces will be provided.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
4. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
5. 2 Car maximum. No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, boats, or campers allowed.
