    Le Waterpointe 1 est situé dans le quartier paisible et familial de Myrtle Beach Nord, à Windy Hill. Il dispose d'une piscine intérieure chauffée, d'un bain à remous, d'une piscine extérieure, d'une piscine pour enfants en plein air, d'un espace de grillades avec tables de pique-nique et de deux terrasses. Le hall d'accueil spacieux est équipé d'un coin salon, de tables, de chaises et d'une télévision. Nous sommes à moins d'un kilomètre et demi de Barefoot Landing, d'Alligator Adventure, de House of Blues et de l'épicerie Bi-lo. Seulement 2 miles de Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Centre commercial Myrtle Beach et bien plus encore !!!

Loved this place! The location can't be beat - right on the beach and in the middle of serious shopping and restaurants. We will be staying here again!! We also loved the feeling of security with the building codes!! The condo had lots of room and functionality!

Enjoyed a great Thanksgiving stay with friends

The condo was well equipped for our Thanksgiving feast! Enjoyed a great time with friends. The view was incredible and folks at the building were super friendly. Would recommend to others and will stay here again.

Fantastic condo for our beach vacation. Great location, perfect size for our group of 5, quiet corner unit with great views. Pools were never crowded. Many good dining options and family friendly attractions nearby. Great communication with owner and prompt with all answers to our questions. Will absolutely stay again.

Awesome getaway

Very nice condo with all the furnishings needed for a weekly stay. Everything was clean and orderly upon arrival. Communication with the owners was top notch throughout the booking process and instructions were easy to understand. We had a stress free week and will definitely look here for our next vacation.

It was the perfect vacation!!

By far, one of our favorite vacations! We had the best views of the ocean AND I could see the fireworks over at barefoot landing lol. They condo came with everything we needed and was very clean. We never had far to travel if we wanted to go do any shopping, or wanted to go play a round of mini golf! We really enjoyed our time and can't wait to make a return trip!

It was a lot smaller than expected, so was the balcony. It was very clean and had everything that we could have wanted in the kitchen. The hot tub was warm but the jets wouldn’t work. I wish the inside and outside pool stayed open later. But the biggest problem for us was that it was very cramped. Great company to rent from though!

We recently visited waterpoint 1 with our family. I have to say that hands down Debbie and Randy are the best to go through. They accommodated us with all of our needs and requests. Super nice people. The room was very nice. it was our second year in that room. Very clean and if something is wrong it gets fixed quickly. Love this building. It is our favorite place.

Wonderful stay/making memories....

We had another amazing monthly stay at WP1! The unit met all of our needs, from preparing daily meals to comfortable beds. The best part is the view, all that you see from the kitchen/living area is the ocean! Our kiddos enjoyed the warmer days in the ocean along with the heated indoor pool. The WP1 community has always been so friendly and welcoming, we've enjoyed several paint nights with the locals. "Thank you" to Randy & Debbie who have been hands down, the BEST management team that we've seen over many years of booking different trips.

Great vacation condo.

Great location, beachfront, beautiful area of North Myrtle beach. We found lots of room on the beach every day. This building is kept extremely clean and well kept and full of friendly people. 5 mins. to Barefoot Landing and lots of great restaurants close by, even within walking distance. The unit is a bit dated but extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful oceanfront balcony. Plenty of room for 6 people. Check in/check out was flawless. Many thanks!

Great location, easy check in Unit needs some work. Cabinet door fell off our first few minutes there in the kitchen. All of them need work none close properly and need work. Needs a detail cleaning under beds are filthy, fridge needs cleaning and keireg brewer doesn’t work. Enjoyed our stay but could have been better.

Perfect place to see beautiful sunrises!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit. It is decorated nicely and the views of the sunset are spectacular! The unit has everything you need for a stay and it is a great place to go with friends. Centrally located and easy to get to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the beach and lots of great restaurants! The furniture is a little dated and we found the king bed uncomfortable but when I let them know at the end of my stay they said I should have spoken up sooner as they would have brought a new one in the next day! Nothing to complain about there! I should have said something sooner and they were very responsive before and after my stay.

Birthday Getaway

My husband, my mother, and I took our 7 year old to the beach for his birthday on Father's Day weekend. We had a wonderful time. The room looks exactly like the pictures. We had no trouble getting in the room or finding parking. It was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed in the room. The location was close to all major attractions. We were 15 mins from Broadway at the beach with traffic. We were 3 mins from Barefoot Landing and about 5 mins to the Tanger Outlet. We will definitely be back. The layout was perfect. The ocean and beach view was AMAZING. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night.

Simple, small condo

We enjoyed our stay. The communication with the owner (management company) was easy and efficient. The condo was surprisingly on the small, narrow side so when all 6 of us were in the living room it felt a little cramped. We were pretty disappointed with the small balcony, inaccurately assuming that both the views detailed in the listing and the fact that it was an end unit meant that we would have more space out there. 4 people could be out there max at a time and that’s not with everyone facing the ocean. The amenities on the property were decent but also on the small side, and for such a large property this meant the pool was very crowded in the afternoon. All in all it was a good trip with no blaring issues (besides the small balcony). We probably would not stay there again though.
