GETTING AROUND
Complimentary on-site parking is available for your convenience in the resort`s parking deck, which is monitored by 24/7 security. Please be aware of the following vehicle height restrictions:
* Regular Parking Clearance: 6 feet 6 inches
* Lower Level Garage Clearance: 7 feet 6 inches
* Oversized vehicles may find parking to the left of the resort entrance.

HOST INTERACTION
We give our guests space but are available when needed. You will have complete privacy during your stay with our self check-in process. While we are not on-site, we are readily available via the booking platform`s messaging system to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
A few important details for your stay:
* Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $35 damage protection fee is required within one hour of booking. This covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and removes the need for a security deposit.
* Resort Wristbands: You will be provided with resort wristbands, which are required for access to the pools and other amenities. Please wear them at all times while on the property.
* Beach Rentals: Beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented seasonally directly from the on-duty lifeguards.
* Housekeeping: The condo is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee during extended stays.
House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
- This is a strictly smoke-free condo. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking.
- Pets are not permitted in the condo or at the resort.
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours.
